All utilities, bath and bed linen, as well as all the kitchen / bathroom / laundry essentials that a discerning traveller would expect are included .

The cottage will be ready for you by 3:00pm on the day of arrival. To enable us to prepare the cottage and maintain our high standards we ask guests to arrange to leave the property by 10:00am on the day of departure. During low season, these times can be more flexible if required.

In deference to the many guests who do not smoke, we have a no-smoking policy in both houses.

The houses are built into the cliffs that surround Brixham Harbour and access to both the front and back doors involves a flight of stone steps.
